JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner and accordingly her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, pending in the court of Shri R.K. Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class/court concerned, Sitamarhi is again rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and if she does so and seeks regular bail, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class/court concerned shall dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day after surrender and if after that petitioner begs prayer for regular bail before the learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3819 of 2016 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 Judge, Sitamarhi, the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi shall pass appropriate order on the regular bail application of the petitioner particularly taking note of this fact that co-accused Sanjeet Kumar who happens to be son of petitioner has already been granted privilege of regular bail.
