2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 323 , 506 and 34 of IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner pushed complainant due to which she fell down and there is no allegation that he did any wrong with the complainant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent

No.11556 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1990c of 2010 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
