JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation of firing and commission of death against several persons including the petitioner.

Similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Singh has been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.9197 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18531 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with S.T. No.294 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
