Show cause has been filed on behalf of the University bringing on record copy of office order dated 08.09.2019, by which compliance of the order dated 30.07.2012 passed in CWJC No. 10086 of 2012, has been brought on record. With regard to the remaining two petitioners, learned counsel submitted that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1552 of 2018 dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Committee constituted to take a decision has taken a decision with regard to all the three petitioners for shifting their date of appointment. However, it was submitted that due to inadvertence on the part of the office, order only with regard to petitioner no. 1, has been issued and because the Registrar is on leave till today, the notification with regard to the other two petitioners could not be issued. It is submitted that by day after tomorrow, similar office order shall be issued in favour of the remaining two petitioners also.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with the observation that, as has been submitted by learned counsel for the University, the office order shifting back the date of promotion of the petitioners no. 2 and 3, to 20.10.2003, shall be issued latest by day after tomorrow.
