The informant sustained seven superficial injuries, out of which injury No. 1 and 2 were caused by hard and blunt substance while injury No. 3 to 7 by sharp weapon and for that the allegation has been attributed at his end to the effect that in the evening of 1.9.2019 the petitioner began to misbehave with his wife while she was cooking and on being protested, the other accused came who also indulged in commotion and during course thereof, the petitioner's wife gave Chhura to the petitioner who hurled causing the aforesaid injury as well as wife of the petitioner also gave brick blow. The petitioner is under custody since 12.11.2019 having clean antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner, Sugan Mochi, is directed
