The Petitioner seeks bail in Barhat P.S. Case No.65 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that two live cartridges and one country made pistol were recovered from the possession of this petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 03.11.2016. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st
