2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Bank on instructions has stated that the sale notice has already been withdrawn and the account of the petitioner has been revived. Therefore, nothing remains in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. In case the petitioner wants any concession from the Bank, he is free to make a representation to the Bank authorities ventilating his grievance. On such representation being made, the Bank authorities shall consider the same on its own merits.
