JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.04.2018, passed in CWJC No.4852 of 2018, the District Magistrate, Jamui has already passed a reasoned order dated 29.05.2018 whereby and whereunder the representation/application of the petitioner has been rejected, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.04.2018 has stood complied with.

2. Having regard to the submission advanced by the

Patna High Court MJC No.502 of 2024(4) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the opposite parties, not rebutted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the order of this Court dated 13.04.2018 has stood complied with nonetheless, if so advised, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.05.2018 in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
