ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2015 in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.142 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is alleged recovery from the petitioner, actually there is no such recovery and the cartridge in question was recovered from the Magic vehicle. It is further submitted that the career of the petitioner will be jeopardized if he is kept continuously behind bars.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3249 of 2016 (3) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.142 of 2015.
