Petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim have renewed their prayer for bail are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within few months of the marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though, earlier the bail application was permitted to be withdrawn vide Cr. Misc. No. 22341 of 2014, but now the prayer has been made to renew their bail on the ground that the husband of the victim Shivnarayan Roy has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3135 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 already been granted bail.
Since the investigation has already concluded, that may be a ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Samastipur.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
