The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant, as a result of which, his nose got fractured and he is also alleged to have snatched the purse of informant containing cash of Rs. 1500/- and some important papers.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that injury caused by petitioner has been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 58 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
