The Petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that written report has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Mantu Pandey in his confessional statement recorded in paragraph 19 of the case diary.

It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9614 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
