JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Farbesganj P.S. Case No. 841 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the compounder, is that he has taken Rs.5,000/- from the sister of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the whole story is improbable, but even in spite of that he is ready to deposit Rs.5,000/- subject to result of the case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12849 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and deposit Rs.5,000/-, which will subject to the result of the case and on deposit, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned.
