This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of murder is against other named accused persons. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Similarly situated co-accused, Niranjan Yadav, who was also not named in the first information report, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33274 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 407 of 2016 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 7 of 2016 to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15876 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Bhagalpur, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
