1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a show-cause, copy whereof has already been filed online, which is taken on record.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.23233 of 2012, the Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, has passed a reasoned order dated 16.01.2024, rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 16.01.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
