2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that consequential benefits have not been extended both monetary as well as pay fixation. Subject matter of the orders of this Court, there is no specific direction insofar as arrears of pay and consequential monetary benefits is to be extended to the petitioners. In the absence of such specific direction, petitioners have not made out Contempt of Court case.
3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in respect of release of financial and other benefits, if any. If such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall examine the same and decide within a reasonable period of time.
4. With the above observation, the present M.J.C./Contempt petition stands dropped.
