JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the spot from where petitioner and three others were nabbed by the police on the identification of one person with whom petitioner and his associates allegedly made attempt to commit loot for which Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 had been registered and for recovery of aforesaid motorcycles, Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 has been lodged. Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 vide order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47813 of 2015 and other analogous cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.560 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
