This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. The offence alleged is recovery of liquor from the possession of co-accused, Md. Azad. The said co-accused confessed that petitioner had sold the same to him. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Udakishunganj 40 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhapura, or successor Court.
