Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl is major. There is no injury in the medical report to support the allegations. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
