2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 53C of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled through process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties and the same is kept at 'Flag-M'.
4. Having considered the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation, let the

No.15240 of 2024(4) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 53C of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
