JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15676 of 2021, whereby petitioner was granted bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the name of father of petitioner no. 14 was typed as Md. Sabir in place of Md. Rajish, and accordingly the same error occurred in the order dated 20.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 15676 of 2021. Considering the submissions and the grounds stated in the application, prayer for modification is allowed. Let the name of the father of the petitioner no. 14 be read as Md.

Rajish in place of Md. Sabir.
