JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 414/18, disclosing offences under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happen to be father in law and mother in law of the deceased and allegation against him is of causing dowry death of the deceased.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are father in law and mother in law respectively and no specific allegation has been attributed to them rather only general and omnibus allegation has been attributed to them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10315 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumaraon P.S.
