JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per complaint petition is that son of the complainant was taken by the petitioner for providing job in Surat and due to over work, the son of the informant fell ill and later on died.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is nothing available against the petitioner that he caused the death of the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
