JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.09.2019 seeks bail in connection with S.C. No. 235 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1387 of 2019) arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, dated 01.06.2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner's name has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person.

With respect to the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11245 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 submitted that almost all the cases have been filed in quick succession and in all such cases, about which reference has been made in para 3 of the petition, he is on bail.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.C. No. 235 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1387 of 2019) arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019.
