Patna High Court CWJC No.7450 of 2021(6) dt.02-12-2024 2/2 Commissioner, Bihar sanctioning a sum of Rs. 30,00,000/- (Thirty lakhs only) to the dependent widow of Amrendra Nath Upadhaya deceased teacher of Madhya Vidyalya, Chandaut Kutumba, grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied.

2. On the basis of such submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner in presence of the learned Advocates for the State as well as Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar, the instant writ petition is disposed of recording the fact of disbursement of the aforesaid sum of Rs. 30,00,000/-(Thirty lakhs only) to the dependent widow of the above-named incumbent, since deceased.
