2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 498A and of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D. P Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against these petitioners is commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in -law of the informant. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11579 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 they have no concern with affairs of the couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate bhojpur in connection with Koilwar P . S. Case No . 261 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
