The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. For the alleged recovery of one country made pistol with magazine having two cartridges, the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2015, whereas, other co-accused are on bail. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is also directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.
