2. The present petition has been preferred for following reliefs:
"For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents no.2 and 3 to pay the enhanced compensation of land along with interest, additional charge and surcharge according to provision of law."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18817 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 petitioners submits that Execution Case No. 05 of 2011 is presently pending before the learned Sub Judge, Samastipur.
4. The State has filed counter affidavit and has recorded that they shall abide by the outcome of the order passed in Execution Case No.05 of 2011.
5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be pursuing the said Execution case before the competent Civil Court, but even after fourteen years, it is pending.
6. It is expected from the concerned Court that considering the fact that matter is pending since the year 2011, it should be taking up the case and disposing it of at an earliest.
7. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
