ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-04-2019 We have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and we do not find any reason to interfere in this matter keeping in view the fact that the learned Single Judge has categorically indicated the circumstances in which the appellants themselves had volunteered for a One Time Settlement.
