2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tarapur P. S. Case No. 06/2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner administered injection to the mother of informant, as a result of which she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is registered Rural Medical practitioner but he has not injected any kind of injection to the deceased and in the post-mortem report cause of death is 'sudden cardiac arrest as a result of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9836 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 myocardial infarction'. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Tarapur P. S. Case No. 06 of 2024.
