The petitioner is accused in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and later on converted to under Section 398 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional Statement of Dabloo Singh as recorded in Gardhpura P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016, showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Dabloo Singh, petitioner was also remanded in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8200 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 Gardhpura P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016, in which, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 09.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai, in connection with Gadhpura P.S.
