JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent, Bihar School Examination Board, to re-examine his answer sheets of Physics and Chemistry papers of Intermediate Examination, held by the Bihar School Examination Board in 2018. It is his case that he has qualified I.I.T.J.E.E. (Advanced)- 2018 competitive examination and it is highly improbable that a candidate, who qualifies such tough competitive examination, would fail in the Intermediate Examination.

That cannot be the only ground for this Court to form

Patna High Court CWJC No.16781 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 an opinion that the petitioner's answer-books have not been duly evaluated by the Bihar School Examination Board. It is stated at the Bar that the petitioner had applied for scrutiny and upon scrutiny, no alteration has been found to be made by the Board. After the outcome of scrutiny, as communicated to the petitioner, he has not approached the Board.

This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Bihar School Examination Board, within two weeks from today. If he does so, the Court expects that the Board shall re-examine the correctness of the outcome of the scrutiny by examining the answer-books within three weeks thereafter.

This application stands disposed of.
