It is the petitioner's grievance that though he had appeared in all the papers of the Intermediate Commerce Examination-2018, held by the Bihar School Examination Board (Higher Secondary), but in the result he has been shown to be 'fully absent'. The petitioner has approached the Bihar School Examination Board by making a representation in June, 2018, which is said to be yet pending.

Considering the nature of grievance which the
