The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 180 (o) of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise ( Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is driver of the Bolero vehicle from which 276 liters liquor was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on
