Petitioner got selected in constable examination but in course of verification, it came to light that one another person had appeared in place of petitioner in the aforesaid examination. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. case No. 119 of 2015.
