JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Pursuant to order dated 19.3.202, learned counsel for the petitioners after consultation from his clients, he submits that his clients are ready to deposit Rs. 50000/- each as cost for examination of the petitioners by a medical board. Considering the aforesaid, the Court directs each petitioner to deposit Rs. 50000/- cash and on depositing Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16425 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 50000 cash the Principle Secretary, Home shall request the Director, AIIMS, New Delhi for medical examination of the petitioners. In the event, if it is found on medical examination that the petitioners is fit for the job on account of colour blindness, the case of the petitioners shall be considered by the respondents otherwise the deposit of the amount of Rs. 50000/- shall be refunded to the petitioners.

The Secretary(Home) shall take steps for medical examination o the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of depots of Rs. 50000/-/bank draft. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of. 1 (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
