This is an application for quashing against the order dated 17.12.2022 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge12, East Champaran, Motihari in Criminal Revision No. 123/2022. By which order, revision petition filed by petitioner has been dismissed, which was filed against the dismissal of complaint petition, because Learned Court below not taken cognizance in the Complaint Case No. 2225/2021. There is no illegality in the impugned order. It is an admitted fact that notice was issued after eleven months. In

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12063 of 2023(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 these circumstances, the impugned order cannot be interfered with.
