Parasar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Although it is the argument of Mr. Parasar with reference to the FIR that there is nothing attributed to the petitioners but learned counsel for the informant in reference to the order of the Court below, present at Paragraph-6, submits that the statement of the victim has been mentioned therein and the allegations against these two petitioners as well as some others are rather alarming.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5103 of 2016 (3) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the allegations attributed to these petitioners I am not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application is dismissed.
