Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 17-10-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44030 of 2016. The order dated 17-10-2016 passed by this court is a very speaking order.

This court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
