Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased whose dead body was recovered from the house of the petitioner but post mortem report of the deceased shows that no apparent injury was found on the person of the deceased. The viscera of the deceased has not been sent for chemical examination as it is evident from report of the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Turkauliya P.S.
