Petitioner is named in the first information report but the entire allegation of setting fire centres around against co-accused Bhuneshwar Sharma. The petitioner being wife of co-accused Subhash Sharna is languishing in jail custody since 09-10-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 621 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
