The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Gurua P.S. Case no. 178/2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.6.2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail by filing the instant petition but no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of his bail.

Regard being had to nature of accusation, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
