JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the transfer order dated 30.06.2018 as contained in Annexure-P/2.

The ground for challenging the order of transfer is that the petitioner has been transferred before completion of three years which is ordinarily made under the scheme of transfer in question. In paragraph 8 of the writ petition there is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16052 of 2018(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 averment that many persons have been allowed to continue on the post despite the fact that they are continuing in service at the same place of posting for more than five years. Considering the fact that we are in 2020 and the order of transfer is dated 30.06.2018, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence. However, the respondents are directed to adopt an uniform policy in the matter of transfer and posting. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
