After coming to know about running of a mini gun factory in the house of Kuleshwar Yadav which has been taken on rent by Mewalal Vishwakarma, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, four persons namely, Mewalal Vishwakarma, Nandlal Yadav (petitioner), Ranjit Kumar and Umesh Mahto were apprehended. Furthermore, from the said house which was taken on rent by Mewalal Vishwakarma, one country made rifle, one country made pistol, four live cartridges, drill machine, gas cylinder including other items as per seizure list were recovered. Though petitioner has got criminal antecedents but nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and is under custody since 01.09.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58591 of 2015 (3) dt.17-02-2016 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Nandlal Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur PS Case No. 214/2015.
