The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Only a cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2016. Considering the material and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016.
