For direction upon the Respondents to take immediate and appropriate action, in accordance with law, to ensure that the life and personal property of the Petitioner is protected from the Private Respondent No.8 & 9, who being an antisocial element is harassing the Petitioner and are trying to occupy the possession of the Petitioner's

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Katihar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
