Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/37(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

About thirteen liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the bicycle of the petitioner.
