This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 2 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The first information report was lodged on missing of the daughter of the informant.

The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner and she has voluntarily married with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16364 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Special Judge, I, (POCSO), Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai, or successor Court.
