The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 551/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

It appears from the report of the learned Mediator that the terms of settlement have been mutually agreed upon by the parties and, therefore, the dispute between the parties have been resolved.

Considering the aforementioned report dated 28.03.2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below
