====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the impugned order dated 18.07.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Matrimonial Case No.5507 of 2014 whereby the learned court below has allowed the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and directed the husband-petitioner to pay Rs.2,500/- per month as maintenance and Rs.10,000/- lump sum as litigation cost. In view of the above fact that the order is within the jurisdiction of the Principal Judge, Family Court and the fact that only Rs.2,500/- per month has been granted as maintenance, which in these days cannot be said to be excessive amount, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
